Hiking and Packing with Llamas

Llamas can carry approx. 70-80 lbs average when in condition.  They are trained to wear a saddle with panniers and start packing a full load after 3 years of age.  Llamas are sure-footed, have a low impact on the environment and can be strung together to be led as one.
