Pay Schedule

You are paid for your actually talk time, not your log in time. You are paid per minute based on your overall talk time average for the payroll week. It is important to keep your caller on the line as long as possible. Below is an outline of the pay scale and how the averages are calculated.

You must take no less than 75 calls for the payroll period to be eligible for the following payroll schedule.

*Over 75 calls per week with a weekly average of 9.99 = .40 cents per minute talk time. $24 an hour
*Over 75 calls per week with a weekly average of 8.99 = .30 cents per minute talk time. $18 an hour
*Over 75 calls per week with a weekly average of 7.99 = .17 cents per minute talk time. $10.20 an hour
*Under 75 calls per week = .10 cents per minute talk time. $6 an hour
*Under 5.99 weekly average = .07 cents per minute talk time, and risk of losing extension. $4.20 an hour

How your talk time average is calculated. We take the total number of minutes you have actual spoken on a call and divide it by the number of calls you have taken. That gives us your average you have spoken on each call.
For example
You worked 1000 minutes for the payroll period.
You took 100 calls.
1000 divided by 100 equals 10.
So in this example your talk time average would be a 10 and providing you have taken at least 75 calls or more for the payroll period you would make $24.00 per hour.

If you make less than $25.00 for the payroll period then it will roll over to the following payroll period.

Your first paycheck will arrive two-three weeks after the company receives your paperwork.

We like you to put in at LEAST 5 hours of talk time per week but we do understand that some people cannot work that much. Please try to work as much as possible.

To figure your average, add up the total number of minutes you've worked and divide by the number of calls you have taken. Then look on the pay scale to see where you fall and multiply your total minutes by the per minute pay rate.
