One of the very most important things in life is attitude. What else gives you the ability to live the life that you want to life, to express joy and to appreciate all that life has to offer?
I once heard a great joke that illustrates this point. A father has two sons. One son always looks at life with a positive attitude; the other one always looks at the down side of things. Well the father decides to do a little experiment to see if this is due to settings, or attitude. He takes the son that is negative and puts him in a room with all of the greatest toys that money can buy. The other son he puts in a room full of manure. After two hours he looks in on the son with all of the toys. When he goes into the room, he son is crying. The man says, "son what is wrong? With all of these wonderful toys why are you crying” The son replied. "This toy wont work, this one is too loud and this one is to hard to win." The man thinks to himself, 'what have I done? If this is what my negative son is like with all of these toys, what has happened to my positive son?' And he ran to check on his other son. When he opened the door, all he saw was flying manure. He looked and looked and finally found his son deep in the pile throwing the crap around the room. He says to his son "Oh, my poor son, what have I done? Have you gone crazy?" To which his son replied, "With all of this manure that has to be a pony in here!!"
Don't let life get the best of you. How you react is your choice, and that is a choice that no one else can control.
Make the most of life and STAY POSSATIVE !!!
