Second Wind was formed to address the needs of the citizens of Oregon. To provide oversight of state and local governments, the judiciary and attorney's at law. To hold them accountable as well as responsible and to enforce their compliance with the statutory duties of their respective oaths of office they swore to uphold pursuant to the state and federal Constitution.
We are a "watchdog" group dedicated to implementing lawful legislative and social change.
To monitor state and local government and the judiciary. To be in partnership with these entities to implement reasonable changes to promote the administration of justice fairly and equitably.
