Crater Lake National Park
Directions: Parking available near Mazama Village, where the Pacific Crest Trail crosses State Hwy 62. Another parking area is near the park's entrance road. Horses are restricted to designated horse trails in the park, and cannot reach Crater Lake. Very limited horse camping is by permit only. Call ahead to be sure the area is open and free of snow as the whole park is quite high in elevation. Phone 541-594-2211 for more information.
