Working together a few times a year to clean up the common areas and do whatever repair may be needed is a fun way for the community to become closer. Another great way to meet new community members too. We also join together in a meal prepared by volunteers during the work days. We are surprised at the new skills we can pick up on work day. Wow, look at me, I'm a roofer! Weeding and gardening is more fun with a partner
