The Fallacy of the War on Terror by Patrisia Gonzales and Roberto Rodriguez, published on December 12, 2003 by the Universal Press Syndicate takes a critical look at this alleged war. The Protean Enemy by Jessica Stern, in the July/August 2003 issue of Foreign Affairs, demonstrates what a threat al-Qaeda can be. Jessica Stern is Lecturer in Public Policy at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government and a respected authority on terrorism.
