Preferred targets are established niche manufacturing operations with demonstrated product viability and regional distribution. Note that consultative engagements in M&A emphasize effective seller divestiture and buyer integration (not execution of transactions).
Cascadian is not currently pursuing acquisition candidates, though the firm remains willing to consider compelling opportunities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
