Quilting Area:
Distance between the poles is 12"
Maximum Roller length is 10' which gives maximum 118" of quilting area.
Total Maximum quilting area is 10"x118"
Height of quilting area:
The roller height is adjustable to accommodate different machines. Typically the quilting area is between 32" and 35" above the floor.
Size of the frame:
The frame is 26" from front to rear. It can be a maximum of 10' wide. A common size to choose for roller length is 8'. This will make your frame 96" wide and will hold up to a queen size quilt.
Rollers:
We purchased the rollers separate. The material is called 1-1/4" thinwall metal conduit. By purchasing the rollers ourselves, we got 10' long rollers with no joints so we can quilt up to a king size quilt. You can buy them yourself if needed so you won't have to pay for shipping!
Carriage:
The carriage holds your sewing machine. The carriage rolls under the quilt and is supported by two rollers. The carriage is wooden and uses precision grade sealed bearings as wheels. These top quality bearings make the carriage movement extremely smooth.
Weight Capacity of Carriage:
The manufacturers have tested it with up to 200 lbs. with no problems. This carriage is sturdy enough for any machine.

Automatic thread trimmer
The machine is equipped with an automatic thread trimming device which simultaneously cuts the needle and bobbin threads at the sewing end by slightly pressing the push-button. It uses the thread trimming mechanism which is similar to the industrial sewing machine type, cutting thin through thick threads without fail.
Foot pedal switch for thread trimming
As with an industrial sewing machine, the thread trimmer is actuated with the foot pedal switch. A series of basic sewing steps,"Sewing start-> Stop-> Thread trimming," can be easily controlled by the operating foot pedal switch. This helps increase sewing efficiency.
Easy bobbin replacement
The take-out aperture in the bobbin case is widened to facilitate bobbin removal. The auxiliary table is also provided with a removable plate that allows you to easily remove or load bobbins even when the auxiliary table is installed on the machine.
Drop Feed
The feed dog can be raised and lowered by a switch with ease. When you sew quilting, you can easily sew curve stitches. The machine has a wider handling area than a conventional sewing machine and allows you to handle large material like quilting fabric without difficulty.
Heavyweight materials sewn with ease
The speed control mechanism, by means of microcomputer and high power, makes it possible to sew materials at low speeds, promising consistent sewing ability even when using heavyweight materials.
If using a knee lifter lever which allows you to raise or lower the presser foot without using your hands, the presser foot can be raised as high as 12 millimeters. You can set heavyweight material on the machine with ease.
Predetermined stop position of needle
When you stop the sewing machine it will come to an accurate stop with its needle down. In addition, a newly incorporated needle up/down switch allows the operator to move the needle up or down as desired.
Walking foot
With its reliable feed, the walking foot ensures the machine's ability to produce beautiful seams in garments made from georgette, leather, velvet, and other difficult-to-feed materials.
Adjustment of pressing pressure
Presser foot pressure can be adjusted according to lightweight to heavyweight material or other types of materials being sewn.
Thread tension scale
This machine is provided with the thread tension scale, which allows you to adjust the tension to the thread and material to be used.
Automatic bobbin-winding stop
To wind a bobbin, all you have to do is load the bobbin in the bobbin winder. When the bobbin is fully wound with thread, the bobbin winder automatically stops its rotation.
Threading the machine head
The thread tension take-up lever has a slit for easier threading.
Lightweight and Portable
This portable, lightweight machine is easy to transport and can be carried wherever you want to perform sewing operations..
Needle
The machine is equipped as standard with an HA-type needle - the same type supplied with household sewing machines and small overlock machines. This type of needle can never be attached incorrectly.
Also comes with:
The quilter's Handi-Handles interface between your sewing machine and your quilting frame. Handi-Handles simply mount to the carriage of the quilting frame and plug into your sewing machine.
