All animals must be registered with Furry People's Play Pals prior to care. All three forms must be completed by the orientation. The Introduction and Animal pages will be kept on file for up to one year. After one year, the Introduction and Animal pages must be resubmitted. The Introduction page should also be resubmitted if the family moves or changes veterinarians. The Animal page must be filled out for each animal. If any new animals have been added to the household since the last sitting an additional Animal page should be filled out. The Visitation page must be filled out for each sitting.
